What every team gets, wherever it sleeps. What it costs depends on how many are coming and for how long, so we make each club an offer of its own — ask and it usually comes back the same working day. The registration fee is the same for everybody: €350 per squad until 1 January 2027, €375 after it.

Own accommodation

€650 after 1 January 2027
+ €50 per person — no beds, no board

Registration fee
14 days after registering
€350 per squad at the early-bird rate, €375 after 1 January 2027 — €590 / €650 on your own accommodation. It is not refundable, whatever happens afterwards.

The accommodation, in full
1 May 2027
The whole accommodation fee. This is also the day the refund drops from 80% to 50%, so a club still deciding should decide before it.

Wristbands, mattresses, the shuttle and anything else added to the booking after the accommodation was paid.
The refundable damage deposit is not on this list — it is collected on arrival and returned at check-out.

Only the registration fee is compulsory. The rest is there if you want it — take none of it and your package price does not change.
Registration fee
Every team pays thisWhat holds your place, charged per squad on top of the package. Early-bird rate until 1 January 2027, then the higher rate. Teams on their own accommodation pay €590 / €650, and €50 for each person they bring. Payable within 14 days of registering and never refunded.
Own-accommodation fee
Own-accommodation teams onlyCharged for everyone a club on its own accommodation brings — players, coaches and officials. It carries their share of the pitches, referees, ceremonies and the city programme, which for every other team sits inside the package.
Tallinn Cup wristband
OptionalFree public transport in Tallinn, entry to the disco and discounts at museums, cinemas and attractions.
Mattress rental
OptionalSchool accommodation only — recommended if you are not bringing sleeping mats. Charged once, not per night.
Stadium lunch
OptionalIncluded in all full-board packages; purchasable separately by own-accommodation teams.
Shuttle service
OptionalThe bus between your accommodation and the grounds. Not part of any package — add it if you are not travelling with your own coach. The transfer from the airport, station or port is separate and is included.
Damage deposit
School teams onlySchool accommodation only — the school asks for it, holds it and returns it at check-out. Hotels and hostels take their own guarantee at reception.
Cancellation
The registration fee is never refunded. Of the accommodation fee, 80% is returned up to 1 May 2027, 50% after that, and nothing from 23 June 2027.
Invoices
We issue standard EU invoices to the club or its sponsor, with VAT details as required.
