Entering the tournament

1.What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of this website and entry into the Tallinn Cup. They are between your club and MTÜ Jalgpalliturniir Tallinn Cup.

The sporting rules — eligibility, formats, match times, protests, discipline — are in the Official Regulations. Where the two documents touch the same subject, the Regulations decide it.

2.Registering a team

A registration is a request for a place, not a place. We confirm it by e-mail once we have checked that the category has room.

The person registering confirms they are authorised to enter the club and to give the details on its behalf.

Tell us if your numbers change. The final head count is what we book beds and meals against, and what we invoice.

3.Prices and payment

Prices are per person for the whole stay unless stated otherwise, and include VAT at the rate applying in Estonia.

There are three deadlines and they are set out on the Prices page: the registration fee within 14 days of registering, half the accommodation fee by 1 May, and the rest by 15 June.

The registration fee is not refunded, whatever happens afterwards.

A refundable damage deposit is collected on arrival and returned at check-out, less anything the team has broken.

Unpaid invoices at the start of the tournament mean the team does not play. We would much rather talk than do that — write to us before the deadline if there is a problem.

4.If you cancel

Of the accommodation fee, 80% is returned if you cancel up to 1 May 2027, 50% after that, and nothing from 23 June 2027. The registration fee is never returned.

The full terms are in §18 of the Official Regulations, and those are the ones that apply.

5.If we cancel

If we cancel the tournament, we return everything you have paid us except sums we have already had to pay to hotels, schools and caterers on your behalf and cannot recover.

We are not able to cover your travel. Insure it.

We may change pitches, kick-off times, groups and accommodation buildings when we have to. We will tell you as soon as we know.

6.Behaviour and responsibility

The team manager named on the entry is responsible for the squad throughout, including in the accommodation, and for any damage caused there.

Your club is responsible for its players' insurance, medical cover and travel documents. We are not.

We may remove a team or a person from the tournament for behaviour that endangers others, without a refund.

7.Photographs and film

We photograph and film the tournament and publish some of it on this site and on our social accounts, to show what the week is like.

If a player should not appear, tell us — before the tournament if you can, at any time if not — and we will not publish them or will take it down.

Every match is streamed by the tournament. That stream is ours: it may not be re-broadcast, re-uploaded or shown publicly elsewhere without our written permission, and it may not be used commercially.

Clubs may bring their own camera — a VEO or similar — and record their own matches for coaching and analysis. Recording is fine; streaming from it is not. A club camera may not broadcast live, and its footage may not be published as a stream of the match.

Set your camera where the organisers ask, keep it clear of the technical area and the run of play, and film your own matches only. A camera left recording another club's game is a matter for that club, not for us.

8.Using this website

The text, photographs, crests and design on this site belong to us or to the clubs and partners who supplied them. Club crests belong to the clubs.

You may not copy the site's content for a competing event, scrape it automatically, or attempt to reach the organisers' area.

We try to keep prices and details accurate. Where an obvious error appears — a price that is plainly wrong — we will correct it and tell anyone affected rather than hold you to it or hold ourselves to it.

9.Law and disputes

Estonian law applies, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction.

Before either of us goes near a court: write to us. Most of what looks like a dispute is a misunderstanding about a date or a number.

10.Changes

These terms were last changed on 1 August 2026. The version in force for your club is the one published when you registered.
